Zesty Insurance and Cover Direct are new Canadian brands that offer a fresh take on life insurance, with all products sold exclusively through our friendly, expert sales team here at Neilson!

Our Contact Centre support sales for both brands, with our Agents enjoying the support, development and satisfaction that comes with making thousands of sales per month and meeting our goals as a team.

We’re experiencing a period of rapid growth, so this is an exciting time to join the Neilson team, with plenty of opportunity for professional growth and progression. This is an in-office position only and successfully screened candidates are welcome to visit our downtown Toronto Offices just minutes from Go and TTC subway stations.

What to expect:

  • A telephone-based role with an average of 3 – 5 sales per day
  • Great Transit Links with office space just a few minutes’ walk from Union Station
  • Paid for registrations in all required jurisdictions across Canada
  • TV and Digital Marketing to bring qualified leads to our Advisors all day, every day, with no client acquisition required
  • No after-sale administration. We have dedicated business functions to take care of this for you so that 100% of your time can be spent executing sales
  • Our industry leading Sales CRM with automated pipeline and dialing capabilities removes the need for outdated diary management of your sales prospects
  • A lively sales environment where achievement is recognized business wide and in real-time

  • Coming from a Call Centre background would be an advantage

Qualifications

LLQP Qualified and licensed in Ontario as a minimum

Salary
$65,000 OTE + incremental Salary and Bonus scheme for experience & performance
