Job Role

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage the resourcing and engagement, client and candidate service and the achievement of agreed upon targets..
  • Experienced at utilizing data and insights to achieve agreed service levels and KPI’s.
  • Create, direct, and manage full cycle recruiting processes from JD research and sourcing to reaching an offer and candidate onboarding.
  • Develop best in class onboarding and orientation for professional level staff and external hires.
  • Be adept at learning different technical concepts, and areas of subject matter expertise.
  • Source, evaluate and select the best-fit candidates using AI, social networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, cold calling, networking, and a variety of other channels across geographies and time zones.
  • Develop hiring and sourcing dashboards providing organizational metrics on talent acquisition performance, demonstrating a reduction of dependencies on agencies and external fees.
  • Develop and build key relationships with professional bodies and other institutions.
  • Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties updated.
  • Liaise with background check vendors to support legal compliance and validation of information.
  • Create recruiting collateral for a variety of geographical markets.

Role Requirements:

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset to work hard and grow fast. Experienced at producing talent acquisition dashboards.
  • BS/MS in human resources management, organizational psychology or relevant fields.
  • Strong negotiator able to relate to vendor and suppliers e.g. schools and universities, professional bodies
  • Be passionate about the recruiting industry with an orientation that is willing to build rapport with people from different backgrounds.
  • A strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently are required.
  • • Natural interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft office.
