What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for the onboarding of new colleagues and successfully transitioning them into the main contact centre.
  • Create a high energy environment to drive optimum results by engaging the team using team meetings, Buzz sessions and incentives.
  • Completion and updating of weekly and monthly trackers, dashboards, reporting on business unit performance; taking accountability for team results.
  • Conduct meaningful 1-2-1 sessions with Agents; include coaching and development plans and work with individuals to improve performance.
  • Accountability for team and individual targets, mentoring and coaching to ensure KPI achievement.
  • Implement and drive motivational incentive programmes to reward high performance and recognise success.
  • When not leading a team of new starters, you will be expected to support the Training Manager in delivering sales excellence across our contact centres. This will require focused coaching and training of underperforming individuals and teams and leading new Sales initiatives.

Who are YOU?

  • Experienced in building and leading teams and introducing new employees to a sales environment.
  • Proven expert in sales and performance coaching.
  • Dynamic individual with high energy to maintain a buzz on the sales floor.
  • Expert in training delivery and understanding training needs and creating & implementing bespoke solutions.
  • A high level of organisational & time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build rapport and influence peers and stakeholders across the business.
  • Works with integrity and gains trust of team members.
  • Extremely knowledgeable in sales process and implementing effective sales tools.
