As a Sales Agents at Neilson, you will be right at the heart of the customer journey where you will get all you need to become an expert at what you do.  These are permanent, full-time positions and we are supporting colleagues to work remotely during COVID-19.

Neilson is well founded in the UK Life Insurance market having been established in 2012.  Over the last 8 years we’ve learned a lot about our customers and their needs.  Right now, we're continuing to expand our sales team at our new Ashford Call Centre which opened at the start of 2020.  So you'll be joining a ‘best in class’ and highly trusted Life Insurance provider where your effort and success will be recognised.

How you fit in

As a Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries for our branded life insurance products. Be assured that your talents and sales abilities will be put to good use.  And there's no cold calling involved.

Whether making calls to follow up on a customer's interest in life insurance or receiving inbound calls; you'll see both as an opportunity to promote our products and to provide your customers with an excellent service.

You’ll bring the desire, drive, confidence and commitment to deliver an exceptional experience and exceed your customers' expectations. You’ll want to make it easy for them to say yes and to recommend us to others.  You'll do this by being passionate and professional, demonstrating you're an excellent listener and an articulate communicator.  This is a role where the more you put in, the more you can earn and feel rewarded for giving your best performance.

What you’ll do every day as a Call Centre Agent:

  • Use your sales confidence and relationship building skills to handle outbound and inbound sales calls.
  • Focus your excellent sales skills to meet your customers’ needs and close the sale
  • Always put your customers first whilst selling in a regulated environment
  • Show your self-motivated and positive nature to seek feedback in pursuit of continuous improvement
  • Contribute positively to the team and success of the company
