The PPC Specialist will play a key role in executing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing across multiple brands in the UK, Canada and beyond. They are at home analysing and optimising big-budget campaign performance through a commercial lens and focusing their attention on the dial turners when faced with multiple competing priorities. Outside of the PPC platforms, they are comfortable communicating with BI, UX and web analytics specialists to get the job done.
Your Duties & Responsibilities:
*Core responsibility is to develop, optimise and execute PPC plans to deliver forecast leads and conversions within agreed budgets for all direct brands across select markets
*Analyse campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities
*Analyse and improve existing and write new ad copy / ad extensions to increase CTR and ad relevancy
*Manage ad copy changes through the Compliance sign-off process
*Test & adopt new smart bidding strategies to support the business goals
*Manage execution of all campaigns ensuring attention to detail and avoiding errors
*Work with wider marketing team to ensure co-ordination of campaign landing pages
*Ensure high quality data / BI is maintained through accurate campaign trafficking
*Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identifying opportunities for improvement
*Taking management through performance on a regular basis through various dashboards
Your Knowledge & Skills
*Google Ads essential, with Bing Ads beneficial
*Working with Ad editors to make bulk changes
*Experience in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform
*Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
*Use of competitor monitoring and business intelligence tools
*AdWords automation experience a nice to have
*Search Ads 360 / DoubleClick nice to have but not essential
*At least 2 years hands on PPC experience in a high volume B2C or agency environment
*Experience in Financial services industry is beneficial but not a requirement
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
*Strong attention to detail
