The Performance Marketing Executive (Affiliates and Partnerships) is tasked with the day-to-day support across a wide range of current and future digital lead and sales generation channels with focus on email and affiliate marketing as well as 3rd party lead generation. This role will report into the Digital Performance Marketing Manager and be part of the broader Digital Marketing team. The role holder will be responsible for executing the day-to-day running of affiliate and digital lead generation activity across all Neilson Financial Services brands including the support of ad hoc campaigns.
The role will suit someone who has 0-2 years of related experience and who is looking to develop their career at an exciting company.
What you will do:
*Digital campaign set up, briefing and managing the day to day running of lead generation channels and affiliate marketing activities.
*Tracking, optimisation and forecasting of lead generation and affiliate marketing activity with strong focus on ROI, spend optimisation and other performance KPIs.
*Reviewing progress against key channel metrics daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc, as required.
*Direct account management and support in managing lead generation and affiliate partners or agencies of various types with the goal of establishing long-lasting relationships.
*Creative development and updating, proofing and compliance submissions.
*Channel and landing page A/B testing with focus on CRO and profit.
*Regular and ad-hoc reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
*Collaborating and forming strong relationships with Creative, Sales, BI and Compliance teams as well as key agencies and external partners.
*Delivering regular reporting and analysis to partners or agencies in person or via conference calls, presenting findings or planning A/B tests.
*Ensure all the above is executed whilst following our Compliance procedures, GDPR and other relevant data privacy laws and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
Who you are:
*A passion for digital marketing and 0-2 years of related experience.
*An understanding or demonstrable interest in digital marketing.
*Analytical, meticulous to detail, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
*Looking to develop data skills such as data analysis.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for producing both internal reports and external partner/agency presentations.
*Comfortable working in a fast paced, KPI driven environment.
*Self-starter and proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
*A collaborative and positive attitude – a team player.
*Strong stakeholder management (internal and external).
*Strong oral and written presentation skills.
*Ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment and respond positively to new opportunities.
*Organised and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
*Have a degree (desirable but not essential).
