You will get to develop your skills across the marketing mix, getting exposed to multi-channel marketing in the UK and international markets. For the successful candidate, there will be multiple progression opportunities as we continue to scale our business into new international markets.

The Digital Ops Specialist will support in the co-ordination and delivery of our day-to-day campaigns across a variety of channels including Facebook, Display, Affiliate and Email. They will collaborate with multiple cross functional teams – Marketing, BI, Web analytics, Compliance, UX and Content, to deliver best in class marketing campaigns. Their strong attention to detail, numeracy, and communication skills will allow them to learn and develop into this role, and open them up to a broad spectrum of digital knowledge.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

*Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identifying opportunities for improvement

*Analyse campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities

*Manage ad copy and content changes through the Compliance sign-off process

*Manage tracking setup of all campaigns ensuring attention to detail and avoiding errors

*Producing reports for fortnightly performance meetings with agency partners

*Work with wider marketing team to ensure co-ordination of campaigns and landing pages

*Ensure high quality data / BI is maintained through accurate campaign trafficking

*Team first line of support escalating and tracking reporting issues through to resolution

*You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite – particularly Excel (or Google Sheets) and PowerPoint

*You have good organisation skills, project planning, ability to prioritise, and proved delivery without needing to be chased

*You possess a positive attitude and “can do” approach to all aspects of the role

*You can embrace change in a fast-paced environment – fluid and flexible

Your Experience

*This could be your first role after completing a degree in a relevant discipline, or you may have some relevant experience and are looking to take the next step in your career

*Experience in Financial services industry Is beneficial but not a requirement
