We are seeking a Graduate Data Analyst with a passion for working with data and who loves solving problems. You will be comfortable extracting and cleaning data but your main role is to generate insights from data that will add business value, including the generation of data models to explain past performance and predict the future.
Projects could be small or large, and examples might be, looking at opportunities of growth across existing brands, optimizing our in-house models, or launching and supporting test and learn frameworks in marketing and operations.

You are a problem solver who proactively reaches out to stakeholders to identify opportunities and then follows-up with viable analytical processes and frameworks to address them. You have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain your findings in a concise and coherent way
You have a strong technical background and a STEM degree. It takes many skills to be a successful analyst and we don’t expect you to have everything straight away. If you have a desire to learn then we will support you to acquire all the skills you need to fulfill the role. Experience in Python, SSMS & SQL scripting and data visualisation tools (we use Power BI) will be an advantage, but more important is that you understand the appropriate statistical techniques to use in different circumstances. This includes knowledge of AB testing, ability to identify bias in data, time-series modelling for benchmarking and implementing regression models.
