PPC Manager

To thrive as the PPC Manager with Neilson Financial Services, the role holder will be instrumental in developing & implementing effective PPC campaigns to hit goals and ROI, both short term and long term. Managing PPC budgets, while building & strengthening platform accounts & key relationships. Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identifying opportunities for improvement in performance & regularly reporting to management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating, developing & implementing highly effective paid search strategies
  • Perform keyword research and identify a set of target keywords for all brands and products
  • Monitor and influence the commercial performance of all target keywords across all brands and product verticals
  • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Provide regular reports and insights on Paid Search Performance to all stakeholders
  • Managing campaign budgets & adjusting bids to optimise the ROI
  • Assist in designing and overseeing our medium-long term online strategy, liaising with group resources as needed
  • Direct internal resources and any third-party agencies to deliver all required content
  • Building and strengthening key relationships across PPC ad platforms and various vendors
  • Reducing the risk of click fraud
  • Manage internal and external teams delivering on key tasks as required

Skills / Knowledge – Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience trading consumer ECOM websites with a strong PPC focus
  • 3+ years’ experience as PPC Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience communicating with and managing senior stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to create clear and insightful Paid Search performance reports
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Expert Google Analytics user along with other analytical tools
  • Expert user of chosen analytics tools and software


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
