Sales Manager - Slough

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in our Slough HQ!

As a Sales Manager who enjoys leading by example and bringing the best out in others, you will encourage and lead your team to greatness. With your in-depth expertise and experience in sales coaching, you will set a high bar for excellent results and will work with each of your team to achieve the same. You strive for continuous improvement, always working out ways to develop your teams’ skills and results. Above all, sales is simply "your thing" and you are passionate about doing it brilliantly.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Must have 5yrs+ sales management experience
  • Proven expert in sales and coaching
  • Ability to recruit the best talent, train and build a scalable sales team
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across business with peers, subordinates and supervisors, both written and verbal
  • The ability to engage, evaluate and develop people and their performance
  • Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic and demanding sales environment and maintain a high performing culture
