Senior Change Manager
This role will be a lynchpin for the entire organisational agenda, as it will look across all aspects of change - IT and otherwise - to ensure that projects are well planned and brilliantly executed. In that respect, the role holder will need to work closely with the IT delivery team and across all functions to help shape project intent, define business requirements, assess and mitigate risks, manage project plans and ensure that decisions on solutions and projects are made in an effective and timely manner. Underpinning this activity will be a robust, auditable change process with accompanying documentation, which the role holder will be tasked with adhering to.
This role will be a starting point for a significant portion of the organisational change agenda, as it will look across all aspects of change - IT and otherwise - to ensure that changes are well analysed and documented and that business requirements are captured accurately. In that respect, the role holder will need to work closely with the IT delivery team and across all business functions to understand existing business processes and workflows and the intent of each change, before clearly defining requirements, assessing and mitigating risks and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
