Each day is different. I enjoy the buzzy atmosphere and the incentives. I enjoy the people I work with, we all get on well and have a good banter and keep each other motivated. Everyone works together to support each other. We have weekly/monthly incentives and bonuses so in essence we are getting rewarded for doing our job and this is great for creating a fun environment, we also have quarterly awards to recognise individuals and have a fun evening off site. The culture of our business is to ensure that we are giving a high standard of service to all our customers whether they buy a policy or not. We all work as a team to get results as well as staying customer focused.
